Goal was 8 rounds, but 4 killed me. Felt like puking after this. last time I felt like this was a few months ago when was using the damn prowler.

Food Intake
Oats, 3 eggs in the morning.
M-Stak 45mins before WOD.
30 grams protein shake after workout.
Its now 12:30, i feel super restless, and body is twitching haha wtfffff. Computer took forever to start up. I can’t just sit down. I’m not as calm as I am. Heart is pumping. this is 2 hours after my workout
A banana + an egg. I need milk. NO MORE MILK IN OFFICE.
30 grams protein shake. Im getting hungry
Lunch – Some Dim Sum. Only ate a little. The smell of it makes me wanna vomit.
Took Animal Pack.
