Its now 12:30, i feel super restless, and body is twitching haha wtfffff. Computer took forever to start up. I can&#8217;t just sit down. I&#8217;m not as calm as I am. Heart is pumping. this is 2 hours after my workout<br />
A banana + an egg. I need milk. NO MORE MILK IN OFFICE.<br />
30 grams protein shake. Im getting hungry<br />
Lunch &#8211; Some Dim Sum. Only ate a little. The smell of it makes me wanna vomit.<br />
Took Animal Pack.<br />
Ate an egg. Idiot JH took one of my eggs<br />
5:30PM- Feeling Jittery&#8230;am i sick or is it the pills&#8230;<br />
